1, Hardware overview

Sqy24 case display consists of 1 long side bar of front frame, 2 curved hardware integrated LCD screen, 3 middle shell, 4 hardware baffle plate, 5 fixed hardware pieces of rotating shaft, 6 rotating shaft, 7 die-casting support, 8usb + switch key plate, 9 rear shell and 10 die-casting base.The structure of the whole machine is as follows:


2, Sequence of kit assembly process

1. Use 5 km2 * 5 screws to fix and lock the long side bar of the front frame on the bottom of the LCD screen;

2. Use 15 KM3 * 4 screws to attach the middle shell to the back of LCD;

3. Use one PA3 * 8 screw to fix the hardware baffle to the opening of IO port baffle of the main board of the middle shell computer;

4. To process the shaft support, use six KM3 * 6 screws to attach the shaft fixed lock to the shaft fixed hardware, and then use the combination of two 4 * 12 round head screws to attach the die-casting support fixed lock to the shaft to complete the processing;

5. Attach the USB + switch key board with two PA3 * 6 screws to the fixed position of the back shell switch key;

6. Pass the processed shaft support from the inside to the outside of the rear housing, and then use six PA3 * 8 screws to fix and lock it on the rear housing;

7. Use one pwm5 * 12 screw to attach the base fixed lock to the support;

8. Install the processed rear shell on the middle shell, and pay attention to the buckle position from top to bottom during installation;

9. After checking that all installation steps are correct, the complete set is installed.


3, Installation diagram and specification parameters of internal structural parts of the kit


1. 6 is the fixed position of the horn, 2 is the fixed position of the hard disk, 3 is the fixed position of the main board of the computer, 4 is the fixed position of the radiator, 5 is the fixed position of the cooling fan, 7 is the fixed position of the constant current plate.
